There is an enchanted park in the middle of the city. In this park is the Fountain of Affection. On certain days the fountain pours forth magical waters, which become an enchanted mist. The mist and the captivating effervescence has a potent effect on loving couples.
Under the influence of the fountain, ordinary couples become transformed into ardent and loving souls. The forget their cares, their fears and their role-playing, and become passionate and innocent. Their minds are full of love and trust. Affection comes over them like a storm. Warmth and love flow in torrents, and the couples are given a happy memory to carry with them when they return to the real world, with its anxiety, its lies, and its unfairness. It's considered a blessing just to remember that true affection exists, after all. The Fountain of Affection is very popular on Saint Valentine's Day. See you there? Yes, I hope to see you there.
